A cerimônia de entrega do People’s Choice Awards 2024 foi transmitida ontem, direto do Barker Hangar em Santa Monica (Califórnia), celebrando um ano sem precedentes na cultura pop e reunindo grandes nomes da indústria do entretenimento e seus fãs para homenagear os vencedores, que nos inspiraram durante todo o ano. O ator Simu Liu, que brilhou no elenco de Barbie foi o anfitrião do evento. 

Jennifer Aniston, America Ferrera, Pedro Pascal, Loki, Taylor Swift, Shakira, Bad Bunny, Billie Eilish, Selena Gomez, Jeremy Allen White, Kardashians, Jimmy Fallon, Nicki Minaj, Beyoncé, Olivia Rodrigo, Barbie, Oppenheimer, Ryan Gosling, Margot Robbie, Jennifer Lawrence, Jenna Ortega, Grey’s Anatomy, e até Travis Kelce, namorado de Taylor Swift e campeão do Super Bowl 2024, foram algumas das estrelas e produções que saíram vencedoras da noite. 

Lenny Kravitz encantou a todos com uma apresentação musical e ainda recebeu o Music Icon Award. Também homenageado, Adam Sandler emocionou a todos com um discurso comovente ao receber o People’s Icon Award das mãos de Jennifer Aniston, grande amiga e parceira de sucesso no cinema. 

O Brasil é representado no prêmio pela categoria Influencer do Ano Brasil, cuja vencedora em 2024 é a criadora de conteúdo e “blogueira raiz” Alessandra Araújo.
